1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility Requirements

3.4. Account Information Updates: You must promptly notify 77fub of any changes to your registered information, including change of address, phone number, or email. Failure to maintain current information may result in delayed communications, security issues, or inability to process withdrawals.

3.5. Account Security Measures: 77fub employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and accept all risks associated with transmitting information over the internet.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1. Accepted Payment Methods: 77fub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers, and other payment methods displayed in your account dashboard. All deposits must originate from payment sources registered in your own name.

5. Withdrawals

10. Limitation of Liability

10.3. In no event shall 77fub's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, 77fub's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1. User-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, all pending bonuses are forfeited, and remaining real money balance is available for withdrawal subject to verification and wagering requirements.

11.2. Company-Initiated Closure: The Company reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where required by regulatory authorities.

11.4. Effect of Termination: Upon account termination, all outstanding bonuses are immediately forfeited. Real money balances are returned to users subject to verification, except where retained due to Terms violations or legal requirements.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.3. PAGCOR Complaint: If the dispute remains unresolved, Philippine players may escalate complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with their regulatory dispute resolution procedures.

12.4. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of 77fub services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

13. General Provisions

13.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2. Waiver: Failure by 77fub to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.3. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. The Company may assign these Terms without restriction.

13.4. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms for specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77fub regarding use of the platform.

13.5. Language: These Terms are provided in English. In the event of conflict between English and any translated version, the English version prevails.
